Studying Next To Turtles In The Duck Pond

I just happened to be walking down by the duck pond today, and as I was in a hurry to get somewhere, I glanced over and saw all these turtles gathered on top of this floating log! It was too good to pass up. As usual, there was someone sitting down doing something on one of the benches, so I framed it with her in it as well. The light glinted pretty sharply off the backs of those turtles, and I was't able to patch it up on gimp or photoshop.

That's awesome. Love the reflection of the trees in the water, too.

Thanks! I tried to frame it so the girl was in the shot, but it was pretty hard because I had to hold the camera above the pond while squatting on the edge. My hand was shaking, and it wasn't practical to use flash, so I had to bracket the shot and take ten pictures just to get one good one that wasn't blurry. This one wasn't the sharpest, but it was decent enough. I really enjoy this shot, too!
